• Account information: name, email address and authentication identifiers provided through our authentication provider (Clerk).
• Business records you enter: transactions, brand deals, gifted product records, attachments and notes you create inside Cadence.
• Billing information: handled by Stripe. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
• Operational data: server logs, IP address and limited request metadata, used to operate and secure the Service.

• To provide and improve the Cadence Service.
• To authenticate you and protect your account.
• To process subscriptions and billing through Stripe.
• To respond to support requests.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with the service providers we use to operate Cadence, including:

• Cloudflare (hosting and edge runtime)
• Neon (managed Postgres database)
• Clerk (authentication)
• Stripe (billing and subscriptions)

We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.

We retain your business records for as long as your account is active. You can export your records at any time from inside the application. If you cancel your account, we retain billing records for the period required by law and delete other data within a reasonable period.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal information. You can exercise these by emailing us at hello@cadencecreator.com.

Cadence is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, by additional notice.
